$500.00 per person is due at booking, and 50% due by February 1, 2009.
Full balance is due 90 days prior to reservation date.
If a cancellation occurs, and the reservation can be rebooked, a $500 per person cancellation fee will be kept. If the reservation cannot be rebooked, a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the package price will apply.

Foxtail Lodge is not responsible for loss of package time due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather, flight delays, etc. Guests will not incur charges if they are unable to depart the lodge due to inclimate weather. We strongly encourage guests to obtain trip insurance to protect against weather delays or other circumstances.

To make a reservation please contact us by telephone or e-mail. Reservation requests will be held for 14 days pending payment of a $500.00 deposit, per each person. The balance of payment will be due 90 days prior to the trip date. We’ll be happy to assist you in choosing your perfect date. Upon receipt of your deposit, detailed trip information will be sent to you.

Foxtail Lodge is a small exclusive facility and fills up very quickly. To get the your preferred dates it pays to book early!
